For the last 55 years, the ProMinent Group has been a manufacturer of components and systems in the field of fluid metering as well as a reliable solution partner for water treatment.
Based on innovative products, comprehensive expertise in process technol-ogy and distinct application orientation, practical solutions are developed for customer-specific requirements. Thereby, ProMinent supports its customers worldwide with regard to safety, efficiency and environmental compatibility. The Group is headquartered in Heidelberg, Germany. About 2,400 employ-ees in 55 own sales, production and service companies as well as represen-tations guarantee service and availability in more than 100 countries.
High-power process metering pump series complete the metering pump portfolio of ProMinent in the high-end segment. The hydraulics, diaphragm and plunger process metering pumps of ProMinent with their robust design guarantee reliable operation, even under the most demanding conditions.
- Thanks to their modular design, the diaphragm, hydraulic diaphragm and plunger metering pumps can be flexibly matched to any conditions at the site.
- Depending on the demands, the pumps can be used at extremely high pressures of more than 3,000 bar and product temperatures ranging between -40°C and +400°C.
- Furthermore, a metering of high- to highest-viscosity liquids with a
dynamic viscosity of up to 1,000,000mPas is possible.
Hydraulic Diaphragm Metering Pump Orlita® Evolution
Capacity range: 4 – 7.426 l/h , 400 – 10 bar
The hydraulic diaphragm metering pump family Evolution 1-4 complies with API 675 and ensures not only thanks to PTFE multi-layer diaphragm with its new diaphragm layer control and the continuous bleeding of the oil chamber high process reliability. A wide range of drive versions is available, including some for use in Zone 1 or 2 areas at risk from explosions with ATEX certification.
Hydraulic Diaphragm Metering Pump Hydro
Hydraulic pumps are used in high-pressure environments. ProMinent hydraulic diaphragm metering pumps use hydraulic
fluid to generate back pressure. This reduces the load on the diaphragm and extends its lifetime.
Pressure and back pressure
High pressures are no problem in metering systems as long as there is something to counter them. ProMinent hydraulic
diaphragm metering pumps therefore use a hydraulic fluid to create back pressure.
